With experience in Latvia and internationally, our team has been in business for nearly 30 years. In Latvia, we have a strong understanding of local regulations, construction methods, and client expectations, and we've built broader expertise through our ongoing work in the United Kingdom.

While we can't provide contact information of prior clients due to client confidentiality, you can see examples of recent work on both the projects and gallery pages. We're happy to share anonymised testimonials and a summary of general client feedback to help you gauge our clients' satisfaction and the quality of our work.
Costs and Timing
Can you provide a detailed, itemised quote?
We provide a detailed quote and keep it fixed for as long as possible. Material prices are constantly changing, so a quote may become outdated if our suppliers or prices change. If there is a change in costs that would affect the agreed quote, we will notify you immediately and share an updated, itemised quote before proceeding. This way, you will always be fully informed of any price updates, and no work will proceed without your approval.
When can you start, and what is the estimated completion date?
Our availability changes monthly, but we aim to stick to the promised start date that works for both you and us. Typically, small renovation projects take about 4 to 6 weeks from start to completion, while larger construction jobs can last 3 to 6 months, depending on the scope and complexity. For example, a full kitchen refurbishment usually takes 5 weeks, while building an extension typically takes 4 months. We always provide a tailored timeline for your specific project so that you can plan with confidence.
How do you handle unexpected costs or changes to the original design?
With dozens of projects under our belt, we know that sometimes indecisiveness or inspiration can kick in during construction. We're happy to revise both the quotes and proposed timelines to align with any changes. If you would like to request a change, let us know by speaking with your contact person or by sending us an email. Once we receive your request, we will review it together and share an updated quote and timeline for your approval before we proceed. This ensures that all changes are clearly documented and agreed upon, so you always know what to expect. As with any change, we will likely need to extend the original timeline to make sure everything aligns.
Project Management
Who will be the daily point of contact?
Aleksandr (either the father or son) will be your main point of contact throughout the project. We will provide you with their direct phone number and email address before work begins so that you can reach out at any time with questions or concerns.
Will you be using subcontractors for any part of the project?
Unless a job calls for expertise beyond our skill set, we handle everything ourselves. On rare occasions when a subcontractor is needed, we select only professionals we have worked with before or who are highly recommended within the industry. We carefully vet all subcontractors by reviewing their qualifications, previous project experience, and references, and ensure they meet our standards for quality and reliability. Before any subcontractor starts work, we will discuss this with you and provide additional information about who will be involved and the specific tasks they will manage. 95% of our projects don't require subcontractors.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are typically 8 am to 5 pm, though these may vary depending on our availability and client needs.
Payments and Contracts
What is the payment schedule?
We often ask for an initial payment to purchase the necessary materials, as they can take several weeks to be delivered. Afterwards, we work on a milestone basis, splitting the project into mid-way and end-of-project milestones.
Do you provide a written guarantee or warranty?
Yes, we provide both a guarantee and a written warranty. Our standard warranty covers defects in artistry and materials for 2 years from the completion date. This means that if anything covered by the warranty breaks or does not perform as intended during this time, contact us, and we will repair or replace it at no extra cost to you. We want you to feel confident in our commitment to quality and aftercare.
Site Safety and Logistics
How do you manage waste and site clean-up?
About 95% of the waste and clean-up is handled by hiring a construction skip. For the remaining waste, we ensure it is collected and disposed of responsibly, including recycling materials where possible. We take full responsibility for site clean-up and ensure the area is clean and tidy once the project is complete, so that you can enjoy your new space without any extra hassle.
Do you handle planning permissions or building control inspections?
Please ensure all planning permissions are in place before a project begins, as obtaining them can be time-consuming. We carry out building control inspections by qualified professionals throughout the construction process, so that you can rest assured.
